I was born and raised in Amsterdam and studied to be a sports instructor. My instructing work was during the evenings, so I also worked during the day as a Management Assistant. I quickly fell in love with advertising and landed a job at PPGH/JWT as a Junior Agency Producer. After a year I was approached by a production company BloodSimple and decided to join them in order to gain more set experience. After 7 years at BloodSimple and having worked my way up to the management team level I was ready to broaden my skills so in 2007 I started freelancing. In 2011 I joined Leukwerkt where I am currently a full time agency Producer. Over the years I have produced local and international campaigns for agencies including They, Selmore, Wieden & Kennedy, Lowe, Euro-RSCG, Ubachs JWT, TBWA Neboko, Grey and Bosley.
I have also worked directly with clients such as Nike, K-Swiss, Coca Cola, Daihatsu, Essent, Heineken, Iglo and KPN. With both Production Company and Agency experience I have a solid understanding of not only the production process, but the pressures and expectations at both ends. I am well equipped to solve whatever production challenge comes my way, and I thrive on a good challenge.
