I was born and raised in Amsterdam and studied to be a sports instructor. My instructing work was during the evenings, so I also worked during the day as a Management Assistant. I quickly fell in love with advertising and landed a job at JWT as a Junior Agency Producer. After a year I was approached by the production company BloodSimple, where I produced directors and photographers, and I worked my way up to the management team level. After 7 years at BloodSimple, I was ready to broaden my skills.

In 2007 I started freelancing and in 2011 I joined the agency Leukwerkt as a full time Agency Producer. In 2013 I joined Röling Import, a fashion agency, as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. I am the first point of contact for internal and external partners, and manage the agenda, make travel arrangements, and schedule business travel and accommodation.

With my track record in client and media relations, my strong written en verbal skills in English and Dutch, and my ability to work under pressure, I was soon responsible for all marketing related activities for the agency and the fashion boutique. This contains setting up and maintaining press contacts, free publicity, marketing, print production, public relations and social media.
